VoIP phone systems have come to be the #1 phone systems used today. From cloud based to in-house, all work the same way. Our phone systems, built on the #1 platform called Asterisk, have been in existence since early 2000s and have improved tremendously over the years. They offer out-of-the-box modules to get various call flow routines set up without any additional licensing fees, like other providers do.
Here are a few modules that it comes with:
- VM to E-mail
- Time conditions and groups - used for automatically switching to various call flow routines such as Open vs Closed office
- IVR Menu - where the callers is presented with options to press during the call
- Remote extensions - no matter where in the world you are, as long as you have an Internet connection, your cell/computer can become an extension
